after a few short months took on the role of Task Order Proposal Manager and Director of Contracts. When Tony first started with the company they employed about 40 full-time employees. After Tony took on the new positions the company had a 98% win rate and after only 2 years grew the company to 130+ employees.
From there Tony was given the opportunity to expand his knowledge, skills and abilities and held additional positions including, Senior Director of Contracts, Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst, HR Generalist, Operations Manager, FSO/ITPSO, ISO Quality Manager and Graphic Designer.
Always looking to the future Tony started ADPC, LLC. to provide his professional guidance and out of the box thinking to fellow organizations. He has assisted companies through the FCL process (from sponsorship to final determination), crafts compliant winning proposals across a number of agencies, identified quality candidates for difficult positions (including those in austere locations), and has created stunning branding and graphic designs for a variety of companies (including fitness, grounds keeping, and production).

ADPC, LLC was founded by Tony Molinaro, a Government Contract career professional with vast experience in Business Operations, Contract Management, Strategic Pricing, Facility Security, and Graphic Design.
Tony started his career in government contracting working for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in Arlington Virginia. He started as a Program Manager in the DC area and
